NO..NO..NO..I feel like if I  say this over and over then maybe I will actually know how to use it when I need to.


People it's Holiday Season - which means your email account has been bombarded with stores emailing you about their Black Friday Bargains, the Small Business Saturday Sales, and Cyber Monday Deals..and get ready for the next several days they are going to "extend" these limited, HOT, once in a life time deals. I work in marketing..I know how these people operate..

Anyhow..I give myself a budget every year..and sit down and say " DO NOT go over your budget, DO NOT go over your budget" and at approximately 9:05 AM this morning I had already gone over my budget. TELL ME HOW?!


I'll tell you how..when things I LOVE (oops..or items that are on my friends and families Christmas Lists)  are marked 30% off - how can you NOT buy the item, plus there is free shipping, they will throw in a free make up bag, and offer you a lifetime of happiness!! (well maybe not that last part but it sure does feel like it)

The good news is that I got a few items for my friends and family and have officially kicked off the holiday season, or at least in my head I have. The problem is the Holiday season..JUST STARTED!


So as of 10:00 AM this morning - I am deleting emails as soon as they come in my inbox - well reading the subject line and then deleting them. I can't delete ALL the emails that come into my inbox.

I am also avoiding my favorite websites that I usually peruse because I cannot be trusted for the next several days, and will be focusing on what specific items I would like to get for people - be on the look our for more blog posts since I have to have something to occupy my time!!
